The modular homes are built to the stick (site) built codes required by your local or state zoning. Our modulars have 30% more lumber than many site built homes. Rainbow Homes is approved through USDA Rural Development to provide low and moderate income applicants with guaranteed loans for homes in rural communities. We have VA, FHA, and Conventional loans available.
